Tyres: Participation only permitted with winter tyres without studs.

Valid driving licence: All drivers must have and be able to produce a valid driving licence.

There is no insurance cover for vehicles and participants during free driving. You drive your own vehicles at your own risk. Each participant assumes civil and criminal liability for personal injury, property damage and financial loss caused by him/her. Damage caused to the infrastructure will be charged to the driver. (guard rails, noise barriers, measuring equipment, etc.)

The event takes place from 09:00 - 16:00 (incl. 1 hour lunch break).

Cancellation costs in the event of withdrawal from the booked event: - Up to 60 days before the event: free of charge - Up to 59 days before the event: 25% of the entry fee - Up to 44 days before the event: 50% of the entry fee - Up to 30 days before the event: 100% of the entry fee. You may nominate a substitute in place of the registered participant at any time, in which case no additional costs will be incurred. The prerequisite for a transfer is that the driver taking over the ticket sends the full billing address and contact details to Apollo Racing. The return to the organiser, a credit note or an exchange of the already booked dates is not possible.
