Type of event:

Driving training on a closed racetrack, which is blocked to public traffic during the event. This racetrack is fully equipped and selected exclusively for safety reasons. The event is not intended for achieving top speeds or recording the fastest lap times, but for improving driving skills and techniques. The goal of the event is to enhance driving safety for road traffic. The organizer does not conduct any timing or driver evaluations.

Photo and video recordings:

Photo and/or video recordings (including audio) will be made during this event. The participant agrees to the photo, audio, and video recordings taken during the event, as well as their free use on the Apollo Racing website and for other Apollo Racing publications.

Participants’ contractual declarations for the waiver of liability:

The participants (all drivers, passengers, teams, vehicle owners, keepers, and helpers) take part in the event at their own risk and must sign a waiver of liability before participating.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation fees for withdrawing from the booked event:

• Up to 60 days before the event: free of charge
• Up to 59 days before the event: 25% of the registration fee
• Up to 44 days before the event: 50% of the registration fee
• Up to 30 days before the event: 100% of the registration fee.

You can nominate a substitute participant at any time instead of the registered participant, with no additional costs. The condition for transferring participation is that the driver taking over the ticket provides their full billing address and contact details to Apollo Racing. Returning the ticket to the organizer, receiving a credit, or exchanging already booked dates is not possible.

Other provisions:

All instructions from persons responsible for organizing the event must be strictly followed. The organizer reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program due to force majeure, safety reasons, or requirements imposed by authorities, or to cancel the event if extraordinary circumstances arise, without assuming any liability for damages. In such cases, paid participation fees will be refunded. No further claims against the organizer can be derived from this. No refund of the participation fee will be made in case of non-appearance.

Terms of participation:

Attendance at the driver briefing is mandatory for all drivers. Participation is permitted for all holders of a valid driving license or a valid license to operate the vehicle being used, aged 18 and above. Passengers must be at least 18 years old.

Helmet requirement:

Wearing a helmet is mandatory without exception for all drivers and passengers at all events.

By making the payment, the buyer agrees to the organizer’s General Terms and Conditions.
