The participants (all drivers, passengers, teams, vehicle owners, keepers, and helpers) take part in the event at their own risk.

They bear full civil and criminal liability and responsibility for any damages caused by themselves or the vehicle they use. This also applies to damages to third parties, as well as to the racetrack and its facilities. Teams are liable for their drivers, passengers, guests, and helpers. By submitting this registration, participants declare their waiver of any claims for damages related to the event against:

• the organizer(s), including all affiliated clubs, associations, and organizations
• their assistants, instructors and driving coaches, sports directors and officials, the track owner and operator, all affiliated companies, as well as their employees including track marshals and other authorized persons and companies
• Authorities, service providers, sports officials, and all persons involved in organizing the event, as well as the road authorities, insofar as damages are caused by the condition of the roads and associated infrastructure used during the event.
• the vicarious agents and assistants of all the aforementioned persons, companies, and institutions
• except for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by intentional or negligent breach of duty, and except for other damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

It is expressly stated that this waiver of liability also applies when instructors drive participant vehicles (e.g., demonstration laps) and when participants are passengers in vehicles of the organizer, other club members, or instructors (e.g., demonstration drives). Participants agree to compensate for any damages they cause during the event on the racetrack premises or to other participants or their vehicles, and to settle directly with the affected party or through their own liability insurance, if such insurance exists. Furthermore, by this declaration, participants fully release all aforementioned parties from any third-party claims in the event that the aforementioned are held jointly liable for an accident or other damage caused by the signatories.

By submitting these contractual declarations, each participant unconditionally acknowledges and accepts the above conditions as binding, and they become effective toward all parties upon submission of this registration. The waiver of liability toward the organizer applies to claims of any legal basis, in particular for claims for damages under both contractual and non-contractual liability, as well as for claims arising from unlawful acts. Liability toward other participants remains in effect. Austrian substantive law, excluding the UN Sales Convention and national conflict-of-law rules, is agreed to apply. For all disputes, the materially and locally competent court in Vienna is agreed upon. Photo and/or video recordings (including sound) will be made at this event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you may address the photographer or cameraman/woman directly.
